I I'm not on a 100% vegetarian diet, I do eat a little meat every once on a while but the thing is I no longer feel like eating it. I may be looking at a tasty piece of roasted beef but I just don't feel like eating it at all. So I think this will go on for a while. Besides, it's way healthier. I been feeling full of energy and I no longer have stomach aches, weakness or nausea as I had before starting the diet.
Anyway, I have to investigate on other sources of lean protein. Except soy meat. It's not good for my hormones!
