This year it’s a new circle after 60 years, a new beginning starts from the rat year, and it’s also Tilo’s Zodiacal year!  one can only have his zodiacal year every 12 years.
To greet you for the new year here present my Lacrimosa calendar in 2008, with a little story(you figure out  , and lyrics chosen from different lacrimosa songs, hope you like it XD
note:those characters under numbers are chinese calendar, in which marked red are chinese national festivals, and those english ones marked in red are festivals (I think..) most countries celebrate...sorry don't know too many festivals especially religionous 
tools: excel, illustrator, photoshop

Cool! Very cool! The illustrations are great, well done!
April 20th is my birthday!! XD And it's sunday... well, I prefered friday or saturday, but it's good still, no? ... I'm going to be 18! oh god... hehe XD
anyways, i bet you worked hard on this. did you drew all these illustrations?

Sarai Congrats for turning 18...for about 4 months earlier)…I remembered I wasn’t so happy when turning 18, umm since and after 18...
Yes I did the illustration but just simple AI work, the tree image(not include the fruits and leaves  ) was made from a photo I took---I did the calendar, so made some mistakes..I should put Sunday as the first day but I corrected Twenty-Four Terms, It was fun |

Wow, Lü Sha, really great. You've done a great job! It's interesting to see the names of the week in Chinese  It's so new for me.

Lucy yes our calendar usually look like that, with both Gregorian calendar and Chinese calendar (which based on both lunar and solar cycles) on it.
I’ll try to upload a print version this weekend. vector graphic will make it easier |

Great job! Congratulations...and for your info (although I know this is meant to be an international calendar), in Romania, for example, the week starts on Monday - so from our point of you - NO MISTAKE - and I am sure there are a lot of countries in this position! |

Hey, Lü Sha! Very nice work, It's interesting to tell a story with Lacrimosa lyrics on a calendar- very original idea! I didn't know about the 60-year cycle, I've learnt somewhing new today!

bloodyady, good to know my calendar's not alone...
Arlishan, it was last year, a metal year with a circle of every 60 years, and this year is rat’s year so begins a circle, next year it's mine! XD —ok just some stupid Chinese stuff, this idea jumps into my mind, too late to stop it, as if it's hiding somewhere in a dark corner.
ok here as promised, print version download(with some rendering)…not too sure if it works, I haven't tried
